Michael Valdes has more than 16 years of management experience in the technology and services industries. He is a deep hands-on manager with a successful career in building teams and creating and managing various companies from small start-ups to large corporations.

Michael has twelve-plus years experience in management and team building in small, medium and large companies and has managed operational staffs in excess of 100 employees, including start-ups in two offshore operations in India and Mexico. He has started and grown several successful management teams and companies from the ground up. His strategic approach to building successful teams is his concept of relationship-based sales and focus on quality customer service.

Russell Wolf is a 13 year veteran of the Information Technology Industry, with a strong track record of expertly managing the relationship between Client and Axis Technical on enterprise level projects. His diverse background includes operational and resource expertise for Fortune 500 clients with a proven history of maximizing the efficiency of contractual and business issues required in projects. Russell is a known leader and results-oriented individual who possesses the ability to recognize and develop the skills and strengths of others.

Kenneth Tu is technology expert with over 15 years experience in the field. Ken has served in roles at Fortune 500 companies as a Software and Solutions Architect. Prior to Axis, Kenneth was the Principal Consultant for Bluestone Partners Inc., a Technology Consulting Services company with a focus on .NET-based enterprise architecture and software development. He is a Microsoft certified professional and a published author of technical books and articles including Performance Tuning and Optimizing ASP.NET Applications (Apress, 2003), and Build a Browser-Based OLAP Reporting Application Using SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services, Office XP Web Components and ASP.NET (MSDN Magazine, 2003). His consulting focus is the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise applications and business intelligence.

David Logsdon is an Information Technology leader with over fifteen years of experience in Application Development, Project Management, Program Management and Organizational Planning. Prior to joining Axis Technical and Axilon, David was CIO at Lending Tree. As an Information Technology Executive, he has successfully delivered large-scale, enterprise-wide system implementations with an in-depth understanding of the pieces that make up the overall IT environment. He has specific expertise in Strategic and Operational Planning, Offshore/Onshore Support Models, Team Leadership and Collaboration, Technology Product Design and Business Rules Management Systems.

Cary is an original member of the Axis team and has been Recruiting Manager for the last 4 years. She is well known amongst her peers and colleagues in the industry for her professionalism and creativity in recruiting, and equally well known and revered amongst the candidates who have worked with her. As a graduate of California State University Fullerton with a degree in Psychology, Cary is utilizes her extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively provide Axis clients with the very best IT Talent available.

Samantha joined Axis Technical Group in 2004 and has been a core member of the team. Samantha began her career in a Recruiting role and has assumed roles in Account Management, Project Management and HR in her career ascent. She has successfully implemented key internal processes and project reporting functions; streamlining communication and internal protocol between local, out-of-state and offshore offices.

Re-locating in 2006, Samantha was key in establishing the San Diego division of Axis and recently in 2009 spearheaded the opening of the Colorado division. Samantha graduated with honors from California State University Fullerton in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Legal Studies and furthered her education at the University of San Diego in Corporate and Civil litigation law. In 2008, Samantha received her certification in Project Management at California State University Fullerton.
